Rates

$125 per 50 minute session individual therapy
$150 per 60 minute session couples therapy
$225 per 90 minute session couples therapy

Insurance

Free to Flourish Counseling and Consulting does provide out-of-network services and will provide you with a superbill that may be eligible for reimbursement by the insurance provider depending on your out-of-network agreement. In many instances, the insurance provider will reimburse 50% or more of your costs.

In order to protect you from having to pay more out-of-pocket expenses than expected; it is your responsibility to know and understand what your insurance carrier does or does not pay for. Please notify our office should any changes in your insurance company or information occur, to ensure your account is paid up-to-date prior to services being provided at each visit.

Payment

Free To Flourish Counseling and Consulting requires each client to have a credit or debit card on file. Payment is due 24 hours prior to the session. Sessions that have not been paid for 24 hours before session time will be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session or need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time. Fees are non-refundable.
